Throughout my life – with different intensity – I have been involved in volunteer work. It is an activity that makes so much sense to me and in which, in my opinion, the commitment increases with the human surplus that you may have.
For me, it started with homeschooling a boy in the local community with cystic fibrosis and has gone through various fundraising initiatives towards what I do today.
My motivation as a volunteer is to make a positive difference to people. The stakes are as varied as the conditions of the people, but my motivation is the same: Greater welfare, security, and equality.
