A part of my work is also to mentor under the philosophy of Balanced Leadership. In my mentoring, I emphasize the three concepts: Motion, Awareness and Balance. As I believe that this is the key to good and sustainable leadership.
Motion
Motion is about us moving together. So instead of talking about change, you talk about motion. Because motion is something we do together.
Awareness
Awareness is about daring to stamp on the break. Be aware of the decisions made. In addition, there is also the fact of you being present.
Balance
Balance is about having control of all the stakeholders and that you can balance the different expectations that they each have. Next, it's about mastering the balance of leadership – when do I take the lead and when do I stay in the background?
You can read much more about this on Balanced Leadership's website. And also whether it might be the right for you to start on my mentoring program.

Recommendations from my mentoring
Thank you for a some good mentoring sessions. Together with Stine, I took an important step towards having balance in many relationships - in my career and life. In addition, she gave me good inspiration to move forward as a mentor for young people.
NIELS MURMANN, VICE PRESIDENT MANUFACTURING INTERNATIONAL AT XELLIA PHARMACEUTICALS.
My mentorship with Stine has been a significant milestone for me – professionally and personally. Throughout the process, Stine has given me some extremely valuable tools that I use in everyday life and in combination with the personal sparring I have grown – career-wise and personally. I would therefore highly recommend Stine as a mentor!
Annelise Arboe Sommer, CCO, DEAS A/S.
I've been so lucky to have mentoring sessions with Stine. From the first session, Stine was able to make use of her unparalleled human insight and thus gave me some very personal best bets – insight into myself that are attention points which I actively use and can see work in practice. I may be easy to read, but I have no doubt that it is Stine's very special human insight (combined with her huge experience in leadership and organisations) that allowed her to nail so quickly what we were going to work with, and I thus got some tools and directions, which works in practice for me and is sustainable. Sustainable because these are attention points, I need to focus on today and in the future so that I can constantly develop my leadership practice.
